This event includes free entertainment and activities for patrons of all ages.
Bandstand line-up will include music, dance, singing and more.

Booth vendor reservations are open. Set-up is from 7-9 a.m. Festival opens to the public at 9 a.m. and closes at 6 p.m. All vendors must be packed and out of the park by 7:30 p.m. Entertainment/Activity schedule will be made available closer to the event date.
Registration Deadlines:
1) Early Bird by 8 a.m. CDT on April 29; 2) Standard by 8 a.m. CDT - deadline extended to 8 p.m. CDT, Sunday, June 11, 2023.
Vendor Fees:
- Single space/tent 10 x 10: 1) Early Bird = $100; 2) Standard = $150
- Double vendor space/tent 20 x 10: 1) Early Bird = $150; 2) Standard = $200
- Food truck: 15% of total sales at the end of the event day
- Additional special booth options for $15 Youth Entrepreneur and Information Only booths; email neighborsimpactingcommunities@gmail.com for discount pass codes.
