We envision a community where apparent inclusion and the celebration of every individual's uniqueness become second nature. Through shared experiences and collaborative efforts, we aspire to create a society that thrives on unity, while cherishing the richness of cultural heritage. Together, we can build bridges that stand strong against prejudice and bias, forging a future where diversity is not just accepted but embraced wholeheartedly.
Our Vision: Empowering Unity, Fostering Change: Neighbors Impacting Communities has no boundaries. Our goal is to bring together our youth – despite race, ethnicity, heritage, language, customs, religion, and or disabilities – to be united in social settings without prejudice or disparity.
Our Mission: Empowering Unity Through Arts & Diversity: Neighbors Impacting Communities (N.I.C.) celebrates youth in the arts and diversity of all children in the metro St. Louis area.
Our Purpose is to encourage youth in a tapestry of activities within multicultural social settings. By doing so, we aim to instill a deep appreciation for diversity, fostering empathy, understanding, and friendships across all boundaries.
Join us at Neighbors Impacting Communities as we embark on this transformative journey, empowering each other to make a lasting impact on our neighborhoods, one act of unity at a time.
